25,000 - 26,500 per annum (dependent on experience, plus yearly performance bonus)

Over 18 years, we've supplied stunning locations for major productions, including Netflix's Fool Me Once, Sky's Sexy Beast, Netflix's House of Guinness, the Peaky Blinder film and countless high-profile brand campaigns.

We're expanding rapidly, signing spectacular new locations, commercial portfolios and securing our biggest client partnerships yet. You'll be joining an industry leader that's redefining what a film location agency can achieve.

At UKL, you'll help to curate an exceptional library of unique properties and filming locations, connecting creatives with breathtaking spaces. You'll work directly with our location partners to ensure they receive outstanding service while showcasing their properties to the industry's biggest names, helping the magic of filmmaking happen.

About the role:



This isn't your typical office position, it's a dynamic opportunity where you'll help to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives while visiting film sets and incredible properties nationwide.

You'll also be an integral part of our client services team, stepping in to maintain our premium service standards during busy periods and holidays, giving you direct exposure to A-list productions and clients. Plus, you'll support the wider team with essential operations, ensuring our superior service runs seamlessly behind the scenes. It's the perfect way to understand every aspect of the business while building relationships across the entire UKL network.

What we're looking for:



You're someone who is sharp, gives 100%, self-motivated, execution-focused and fun with a genuine can-do attitude and solution-driven mindset. You bring a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role within a business environment, ideally with hands-on experience managing and updating WordPress websites, giving you the foundation to hit the ground running.

You are creative and process driven, you dot the i's and cross the t's whilst keeping a creative flair. You have exceptional copywriting skills and a keen eye for design, crafting compelling content, designing beautiful presentations, and creating engaging social and e-news campaigns.

You embrace pace and change - juggling multiple projects and priorities without losing focus.

You're ready to step up and take ownership of key projects that directly impact our business growth.

You can communicate with people at all levels brilliantly and when challenges arise, you don't just identify problems, you come forward with solutions and drive to implement them.

Core responsibilities:



Marketing & creative

Develop and run targeted campaigns to attract spectacular film locations to join UKL Create compelling content across social media channels and digital marketing initiatives that showcase our incredible locations Design beautiful presentations and marketing materials using Canva Write and distribute engaging monthly e-newsletters to different segments tailored to their needs Craft welcome packs for new location partners Oversee SEO and PPC campaigns to maximise our reach and impact Maintain and update our website and all marketing materials for best user experience Manage PR campaigns with our agency
Partnership & business development

Conduct desk research, compile findings and make actionable recommendations Create, roll-out and manage outbound scouting campaigns to expand our partnership network Support Partnership Manager onboarding new location partners, so they receive an excellent experience Help to grow and maintain our thriving location partner community through exceptional relationship management
Operations & support

Provide support to the client services team during busy periods with finding our clients the perfect locations for their shoots Co-ordinate procurement needs and handle additional administrative tasks that keep our leading service running smoothly

Essential requirements:



Minimum 1 year in a marketing role within a business environment, including experience managing a least one of the following - social media; email marketing; SEOand/or PPC; website content Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills Work at speed with attention to detail Excellent copy writing skills Can listen and take instruction Confident communicator on phone, email and video calls Interest in film/TV entertainment industry Full UK driving licence (clean record essential) Intermediate design skills with Canva or similar tools Ability to drive our electric pool car to different cities around the UK

Highly desirable:



Experience using a CRM (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce) for marketing purposes Campaign planning and execution from start to finish B2B marketing experience Experience using AI tools to increase marketing and administrative efficiencies
