Marketing Executive - Join Custom Fronts

Remote or Hybrid - Based in the UK

, a small but growing kitchen brand known for design-led, sustainable fronts for IKEA kitchens. Based in Sussex, we work with clients across the UK who care about aesthetics, ethics, and craftsmanship.

We're looking for a creative and organised

Marketing Executive

to take the reins on our marketing efforts - planning and delivering campaigns that grow brand awareness, drive sales, and elevate our storytelling.

What you'll do:

Manage and grow our

social media presence

(Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok) Plan, write, and schedule regular content across

blogs, newsletters, and social channels

Oversee

website updates and page improvements

(with developer support if needed) Create and manage

paid ad campaigns

(Meta, Pinterest, Google - experience a bonus) Help develop and implement seasonal

marketing strategies and campaigns

Track and report on performance metrics - what's working and what's not Liaise with our team to capture photos, videos, and case studies Stay on top of trends in interiors, kitchens, design, and digital marketing

You'll love this role if you:

Have

2+ years' marketing experience

(agency or brand side) Are confident managing social media accounts, especially Instagram Have strong copywriting skills - you love words and know how to tell a story Are visually savvy - whether briefing or creating assets in Canva or similar Understand basic SEO principles Are proactive, self-managing, and excited to be part of a creative, fast-growing brand

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
