Job Description

As a Marketing Executive you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and will work across all brand marketing channels including social, campaigns, content and PR.

Core to this role will be the maintenance and content creation for all social channels. You'll be responsible for creating shareable and engaging content; whilst working to build our social communities and follower engagement - so a love for social media and content is key.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a creative flare, a strong understanding of commercial objectives and will enjoy working as part of an ambitious and successful business.

An eye for detail and the ability to produce consistently high-quality content across multiple channels.

Duties and Responsibilities



You will be responsible for the daily maintenance and content creation for our social channels. Ensuring all content is delivered across the appropriate channels and embodies the relevant tone of voice for the brands. Regularly testing and reporting on performance.

You will work closely with our external advertising agency to develop the key elements of our new brand and be the driving force that will guarantee a seamless and, above all, successful new brand.

You will take ownership for shaping the campaign marketing calendar for Mobius and will work closely with our PR agency on press opportunities and be the project lead on our bigger PR and marketing campaigns

You will 'police' internal and external communications, ensuring the brand is always maintained. This includes all customer 'touch-points'. This will encompass, but is not limited to, company presentations, proposals, reports, brochures, and clothing

Coordination of social events both, internal and external. For example, Christmas parties, summer staff barbecues, customer golf or racing days.

Managing branded materials for meetings, marketing seminars or social events.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:



Experience in content creation, social media or blogging

Creative flair, ambition, and proactivity; to quickly respond to the everchanging needs of the industry.

Demonstrable experience producing engaging and high-quality presentations and documents.

Strong ability to implement ideas, encourage excellence and get things done to an exceptional standard. Organisational skills are key.

Self-motivated to meet deadlines and manage/prioritise workload accordingly.

Experience in writing fun, witty and engaging copy for a blog or publicationand an excellent grasp of the English language (written & spoken).

A creative approach to problem-solving and ruthless attention to detail is essential, as well as a desire for continuous improvement.

Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders at different levels across the business along with good prioritisation skills.

The self-confidence to brief internal stakeholders and/or external agency partners.

Experience in an online marketing role, ideally in a business-to-business environment.

A clear understanding of the KPIs that measure successful campaign performance.

Pay: 23,000.00 per year
