What You'll Be Doing

Owning and executing our end-to-end marketing strategy Creating innovative campaigns that generate more property

valuations

, convert valuations into

instructions

, and turn instructions into

sales/lets

Planning and producing content for a wide range of channels (social media, email, print, video, etc.) Managing and analysing performance metrics to continually improve marketing ROI Coordinating marketing events, promotions, and external partnerships Contributing to the creation of our brand-new website Producing high-quality property videos using our professional equipment (drone, lighting, green screen, microphones -- full drone training provided) Managing our social media profiles (check out our Instagram and TikTok) Keeping up with marketing trends and competitor activity Working with external designers, developers, or suppliers when needed

What We're Looking For

Required:

At least 2 years' commercial experience

in a marketing role Self-motivated and full of ideas you're eager to bring to life -- you'll be expected to

lead

, not follow Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points For:

Degree in Marketing (or similar discipline) A great sense of humour and genuine passion for property A polished, professional appearance

The Details

Salary

: 25,000-35,000 depending on experience (If you're more or less experienced than we anticipated but feel you're a perfect fit, please apply and tell us why.)

Hours

: Full-time, ~37 hours/week

Working Pattern

: 5 days/week - no weekends! Flexible hours for the right candidate

Office Hours

: Mon-Thurs: 9am-5:30pm, Fri: 9am-5pm (we're closed weekends, bank holidays, Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve)
