to join our growing team. Working alongside the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating content for various platforms, managing campaigns, and analysing data to measure the success of campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a good understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)
Create compelling content including posts, videos, graphics, blog articles, and email campaigns
Assist in the planning, design, and production of promotional and marketing materials
Write and edit engaging copy for our website, app, and digital campaigns
Research industry and demographic trends to inform strategy and content planning
Identify and engage with influencers and partner brands; manage collaborations from outreach to delivery
Contribute creative concepts for marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, producing actionable insights and reports
Support the planning and delivery of events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing function
The ideal candidate
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience preferred, though enthusiastic graduates will also be considered
Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with copywriting and content creation across digital platforms
Familiarity with SEO principles and digital channels such as PPC, influencer marketing, email marketing, and both paid and organic social media
Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter)
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
