Salary:

From 27,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Hours:

40 hours per week (Monday-Friday with occasional evening/weekend work - hybrid between attending events and office

Location:

Loanhead (office-based with some hybrid/event attendance)

Saltire Hospitality is looking for a talented, experienced Marketing Executive to lead and implement marketing strategies for our catering services, cafes, and exclusive venue partners. This multifaceted role will take charge of marketing planning and day-to-day content creation, social media management, and campaign execution to drive brand growth and customer engagement.

The Role

You will take ownership of our marketing strategy across Saltire Hospitality, Saltire Weddings, our cafes, and our exclusive venue partners. From developing impactful campaigns to creating scroll-stopping content, you'll be at the heart of our brand's voice and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

Develop and deliver year-round marketing plans, ensuring campaigns align with seasonal promotions and business objectives.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) with engaging, on-brand content that drives interaction and follower growth.

Paid Media Campaigns:

Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to boost brand awareness, event enquiries, and venue bookings.

Content Creation & Design:

Produce high-quality visual and written content for digital and print, including photography, videography, editing, and graphic design.

Website & SEO:

Keep our website fresh, visually appealing, and SEO-optimised to improve organic traffic and online engagement.

Email Marketing:

Design and send engaging newsletters, monitor performance, and refine strategies to increase reach and conversion.

Brand & PR:

Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and collaborate on PR opportunities to enhance reputation.

Market Research & Reporting

: Monitor competitor activity, analyse campaign performance, and present insights to senior leadership.

Event Marketing:

Promote key events before, during, and after, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales team and other departments to identify content and marketing opportunities that support lead generation, bookings, and overall business growth.

About You

Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, events, or venues. Skilled in social media strategy, paid advertising, and content creation. Confident in photography, videography, and basic editing. Strong copywriting skills with an eye for design and detail. Proficient in SEO, Google Ads, and social media analytics. Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines with ease. Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven.
