About the Role



You'll help shape how the world sees inclusion in play, implementing our marketing strategy across our website, social media, and direct marketing platforms. You'll support product launches, events, and exhibitions, and drive engagement with our growing product range. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves making an impact and isn't afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities



Create distributor materials and content that showcase the Inclusive Play range and support revenue growth. Maintain and update our WordPress website and ensure content is SEO-friendly. Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content for multiple platforms (including short-form video, Reels, TikToks, Stories, and creative captions). Develop and execute digital and direct marketing campaigns, track and report on performance, and provide recommendations for improvement. Create eye-catching marketing materials and collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and video editing tools. Assist in building and sending email newsletters and campaigns to engage audiences and increase brand awareness. Support product launches, events, and exhibitions with compelling marketing materials and direct communication with stakeholders. Confidently pitch new ideas and campaigns, building team buy-in and enthusiasm. Maintain disciplined use of CRM and administration tools (HubSpot experience desirable). Collaborate closely with sales, design, and product development teams for cohesive strategies. Bring energy, creativity, and a willingness to try new and unconventional engagement strategies. Organise and prioritise your workload, multitask, and work to tight deadlines.

About You



Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience), or CIM qualification. Experience in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects and deadlines. Creative mindset with a passion for marketing, design, and content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, digitally confident, and eager to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva. Experience managing WordPress websites, SEO, and social media platforms. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Dynamic, energetic, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Experience with HubSpot, GA4 Analytics, Meta/Facebook Ads, and email marketing is desirable but not essential.
