Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced and ambitious
Marketing Executive
to help accelerate Zooki's growth across digital and retail channels. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven marketing experience - ideally within a fast-paced start-up or scale-up - who's ready to take ownership, get creative, and make an immediate impact. You'll be central to our marketing strategy, working across all three Zooki product ranges and helping bring our brand to life across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
: Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and retail channels to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
Brand & Content
: Develop content and messaging that brings the Zooki brand and product benefits to life across all customer touchpoints--especially across our liposomal, collagen and hydration ranges.
Digital Marketing
: Support performance marketing activity across PPC, paid social, Amazon, SEO, email and influencer marketing. Experience with any of these is a big plus.
Market Insights
: Conduct ongoing research into consumer behaviour, industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategy and campaign development.
Performance Reporting
: Track KPIs and campaign performance, using insights to optimise marketing efforts and improve ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration
: Work with teams across product, e-commerce, creative and sales to ensure alignment and consistency in all marketing activity.
Requirements
1-2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in a start-up or high-growth business.
A degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and a willingness to develop in areas like digital and performance marketing.
Passion for health, wellness, and helping people get more from their supplements.
Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Great communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
Tech-savvy and confident learning new tools and platforms quickly.
