We specialise in providing temporary accommodation solutions and managing properties on behalf of landlords with guaranteed rent.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to help drive brand visibility and engagement across digital and offline channels. You will be responsible for promoting our services, creating content, and launching a consistent social media presence. You'll also help plan, record, and edit video content (including short vlogs) to highlight our work, people, and properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
Create and schedule regular social media posts, reels, and stories
Assist in writing and designing marketing materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, emails)
Record and edit short-form video content (property tours, testimonials, vlogs)
Track performance and engagement data, providing regular reports
Work closely with our management team to support marketing campaigns and property launches
Help with branding and visual consistency across platforms
Requirements:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Some experience in video editing (e.g. using Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe tools)
Good writing and communication skills
Organised, proactive, and creative
Interest in property or housing is a plus, but not essential
