We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate

Marketing Executive

to join a fantastic team at the Lanesborough.



Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, on the doorstep of Hyde Park, just a short walk from Harrods, Harvey Nichols and London's most exclusive shopping district; Sloane Street and Knightsbridge, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto. Candidate Profile

As the

Marketing Executive

, you will be an integral part of the Sales & Marketing team, supporting The Lanesborough and The Lanesborough Club & Spa's marketing and communications activities. Whilst this is a multi-faceted role, your focus will be on managing social media channels and content calendars, creating original on-brand, engaging and high-quality social media content (video and photo on iPhone), and assist with other digital marketing tasks such as picture editing, website management and copywriting. You will be an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to your role. You will be a creative, flexible and proactive individual, who stays ahead of the social media game and has a passion for marketing a luxury experience. You will be a great team player who enjoys working with multiple teams across the hotel, but who is also able to work independently.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

Experience in luxury marketing is required, with hospitality industry experience being desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft systems is required.
Experience with Canva and Capcut applications is desirable. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) is a bonus. Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential. Experience in social media planning, content creation and editing, community management, and analysis. Comfortable using various digital platforms and software, including social media publishing and content creation platforms/apps. Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills are essential. Immaculate grooming standards This is a hotel-based role focused on hands-on teamwork and support.
