Grow business by adding new clients. Working on business leads. Work closely with Director on daily basis to perform day-to-day important job tasks. Discuss with senior members on new and existing services and products and identifytarget clientele in order to identify marketing criteria and needs. creates a numerical and qualitative market research policy and prepare proposalsoutlining programmes of work and details of costs. gather and interpret results of market research and present results to the heads ofdepartments and other senior members. gather, organise and present findings of market research and results and identify waysto improve services and products. Keep well-kept relationships with existing referees and clients as well as developrelationships with potential referees and contacts. briefs the advertising and marketing team on client needs and examines the progressof advertising campaigns. Discuss changes in terms of pricing, promotion and advertising tactics in relation to market research with senior members.

> Flexible to travel in and around the country to meet client and attend conferences.

> Good communication and prior security sector related experience is added advantage.
