Cox London are designers and makers of unique sculptural pieces of art of the highest calibre. We are commissioned by celebrated interior decorators, collectors and discerning private individuals worldwide, and work with a deep respect for materials and traditional craftsmanship, resulting in sculptural works that are as functional as they are poetic.

We are looking for a capable and organised Marketing Executive to join our team to help deliver marketing activities. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys working collaboratively, pays close attention to detail, and wants to contribute to a creative and busy marketing function.

Key Responsibilities Include



Support the marketing team with coordinating campaigns and daily activities. Assist with creating and scheduling digital content such as social media posts, newsletters, and website updates. Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and CRM/ERP systems. Liaise with suppliers to support the production and distribution of marketing materials and successful events and exhibitions. Collaborate with other teams including logistics, photography, and sales to coordinate press tours, content shoots, events, and exhibitions. Keep press agency and key partners informed of news, new pieces, and new photography. Monitor and report on KPIs, including assisting with reports and presentations. Provide administrative support, including updating calendars and trackers, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, filing, and managing marketing budgets and invoices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly. Flexible and positive attitude, with a can-do approach to problem-solving. High standard of discretion and professionalism. Smart, calm, diligent - an approachable team player.

Knowledge and Experience (desirable)



Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as adobe, social media, email marketing, and analytics would be an advantage but is not essential. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
