THE ROLE
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support, execute, and co-create across multiple channels to increase bookings, maintain visibility, and elevate the brand.
You will need to schedule and publish social media posts based on campaign direction and assist with email campaigns by writing, testing, and scheduling.
You will manage the day-to-day content calendar across social, including Instagram, TikTok and Linkedin, and email, supporting social community management, including comments, DMs, and tags.
You will re purpose assets across channels, such as turning blogs into carousels and videos into Reels.
You should have experience in capturing and curating amazing content from events for marketing use.
You will be comfortable interviewing and speaking with industry specialists for promotional features and marketing materials.
You will have copy-writing experience and be able to write and edit short-form content, including social captions and journal entries.
You will support internal teams for marketing-led events, such as showcases and photo-shoots.
You will optimise and update third-party listings and make updates to existing sales collateral, organising and managing all content libraries.
You should be adept in researching competitors and trends across events, weddings, and filming to improve marketing strategy.
You will monitor hashtags, awards, press, and event news for inspiration and outreach.
You will identify potential awards, speaker panels, relevant influencers, industry features, and collaborative events.
You will support basic campaign reporting and insights collation.
You will maintain and update content libraries, such as photography, videos, and testimonials.
You will upload and organise past event content and edit images or graphics to support the sales and events teams.
You may also be required to support at some of our events.
