Position Summary:


We are seeking a creative and results-driven

Marketing Executive

to support and drive Namko's marketing strategy across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing our brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales through effective campaign management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing content and promotional activity that aligns with our luxury brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Namko's luxury fashion products and brand awareness across UK and international markets. Manage content creation for digital platforms, including the website, social media, newsletters, paid ads, and SEO-focused blog posts--ensuring alignment with seasonal fashion trends and brand tone. Oversee the day-to-day management of Namko's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), including scheduling, engagement, influencer coordination, and performance tracking. Analyze customer and website data using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to measure campaign effectiveness and inform data-driven decisions. Develop and maintain marketing materials such as lookbooks, digital catalogs, email templates, and product landing pages to enhance the customer journey. Support promotions and product launches by coordinating visual assets, pricing strategy, and product descriptions in collaboration with the buying and inventory teams. Liaise with external agencies, media contacts, and advertising partners to optimize campaign reach and manage paid media budgets. Identify and engage with fashion influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance visibility and build trust among target demographics. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities, trends, and customer behavior shifts. Assist in organizing and promoting brand events, pop-ups, and trade shows, both physically and virtually, to generate interest and build industry connections.

Requirements:



Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within fashion, luxury retail, or e-commerce. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media strategy, and customer engagement tactics. Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills across platforms. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite). Ability to work both creatively and analytically, with a strong attention to detail and brand consistency. A passion for fashion, luxury trends, and digital commerce. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
