This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll balance creative work, project management, and performance tracking. You'll be the point of contact for all things marketing, managing both in-house activity and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
across digital, in-store, and traditional media
Draft campaign concepts and organise all marketing collateral
- digital and physical
Manage social media
content calendars and day-to-day posting across platforms
Deliver engaging email marketing
campaigns for both retail and pawnbroking audiences
Oversee paid advertising agencies
to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver ROI
Work with store teams
to prepare for seasonal campaigns, including POS material and local execution
Liaise with internal teams and subject matter experts
to develop relevant and engaging content
Develop and execute a social and digital content strategy
, including SEO, paid ads, and influencer engagement
Track and analyse campaign performance
, providing insights and optimisation suggestions
Monitor and report on marketing budgets
and maintain efficient cost control
Ensure all marketing is
on-brand, on-time, and aligned with business objectives
Skills & Experience
Excellent eye for visual design and branding
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Demonstrated experience delivering full marketing campaigns (email, digital, print, events)
Working knowledge of
SEO, social media ads
, and performance reporting
Excellent written English; confident drafting emails, ad copy, and campaign messages
Proficiency in
Excel
, and basic design tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Experience in
email marketing platforms
(e.g. DotDigital, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
Highly organised with strong
attention to detail
and ability to work under pressure
Commercially minded with understanding of both B2C and service-based marketing
