We are currently expanding our marketing function and looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team: a

Marketing Executive

. This role will work closely with the Lead of Marketing (Marketing Manager) to support TEAMCo's internal and external communications, events, and campaigns.

Job Purpose


As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for delivering engaging content and campaigns that support both the Commercial and Education teams. This role includes planning and producing newsletters, scheduling social media, supporting events, updating the website, and championing the use of AI tools and platforms to maximise productivity and creative output.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll also support internal stakeholder engagement to improve TEAMCo's visibility and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, write, and distribute internal and external newsletters using Mailchimp Develop and schedule social media content across social channels Use Canva to design graphics for social media, newsletters, and events Collaborate with the team on event logistics, marketing collateral, and pre, post-event follow-ups Support the maintenance and content updates of the TEAMCo website Undertake market and sector research to support campaigns and presentations Use Monday.com and Airtable to manage marketing projects and campaigns Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Commercial and Education teams Capture and edit photographs & video at events and in the office for internal and external use Support the creation and organisation of content on platforms like Softr and Airtable Explore and apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Perplexity) to support content creation, analysis, and reporting. Assist with partnership marketing deliverables and co-branded content Help with campaign follow-ups including data capture, surveys, or engagement tracking Support in executing content created in collaboration with commercial and education teams Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on internal communications and invigilator engagement.

Desirable Skills & Experience:



2-5 years of marketing experience or equivalent Strong writing and communication skills Proficient in applications such as Canva, Mailchimp, and social scheduling tools Experience but not desirable with CRMs (e.g., Monday.com, or similar) Understanding of SEO and web content management Confidence using AI productivity tools CIM or IDM accreditation is desirable but not essential.
