We're looking for a sharp, creative and proactive individual to support our marketing efforts as we grow.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on marketing role suited to someone early in their career who is organised, self-motivated, and excited to help build a brand from the ground up. You will be responsible for managing and executing our external marketing communications, with a particular focus on content, social media, and video.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications
Own all outgoing marketing comms across email, social, and video platforms.
Ensure tone and messaging are consistent with Taylr's brand voice.
Assist with newsletter creation and product update comms.
Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Grow engagement and followers organically by executing a content calendar.
Monitor platform performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
Video Content & YouTube
Coordinate and conduct remote interviews with industry experts, clients, and partners.
Edit video content into engaging short- and long-form pieces.
Build and manage our YouTube channel and video content library.
Demo & Training Content
Assist in creating screen-recorded product walkthroughs and how-to videos.
Edit and polish demo content to be used across support and marketing channels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Some prior experience in marketing, content creation, or social media (freelance, in-house, or agency).
Confident with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
Strong written communication and basic design sense (Canva or similar).
Understands LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube as growth tools.
Organised, with the ability to manage multiple small projects.
Comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
Bonus: interest in fintech, payments, or supporting UK small businesses.
