Marketing Executive
Reporting to: Brand Manager

About the role:
We're looking for a proactive and passionate Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team and support the Brand Manager across our portfolio of renowned brands including Jane Iredale Makeup, the Epicutis post-procedure range, Medik8, Jan Marini Skin Research and our innovative devices selection.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a genuine interest in aesthetics. You'll play a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life, supporting brand planning, and helping deliver impactful content across digital and physical touchpoints.
Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for the Brand Manager, assisting with the rollout of marketing plans and campaign activity
• Confidently support brand planning sessions and contribute ideas to help shape strategy
• Brief internal and external teams on marketing projects, including social media, email campaigns, and B2B activations
• Liaise with our in-house designer to create campaign assets and ensure brand consistency across all channels (print, digital, events)
• Assist with the PR and Education teams on organising marketing activations including events, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional campaigns
• Track performance of marketing initiatives and support with compiling campaign KPI reports
• Stay on top of industry and category trends, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within beauty, health, or wellness sectors
• A genuine passion for aesthetics, beauty and cosmetic innovations
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck into all aspects of campaign execution
• Experience briefing in social media and CRM campaigns
• A confident communicator and team player who enjoys sharing ideas and collaborating
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker and enthusiastic problem solver
