Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management



Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms. Collaborate with external agencies for campaign delivery, paid media optimisation, and analytics insights.

2. Content Creation & Management



Develop engaging content for the firm's website, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms. Work with internal teams and solicitors to produce thought leadership articles, case studies, and client success stories.

3. SEO & Website Management



Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve website rankings and online visibility. Keep website content current, aligned with campaigns, and optimised for lead generation.

4. Event Marketing & PR



Assist in organising webinars, seminars, and client-focused events. Coordinate with PR agencies and journalists to promote the firm's expertise and key updates.

5. CRM Management



Maintain and optimise the firm's CRM system to support lead nurturing, client communications, and reporting. Ensure accurate data entry, pipeline management, and integration with marketing automation tools.

6. Reputation Management



Monitor and manage the firm's online reputation across platforms such as Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and legal directories. Respond professionally to client feedback and reviews, working closely with internal teams to address concerns.

7. Analytics & Reporting



Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and reporting software. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

8. Brand Management



Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all digital and offline channels.
Skills & Experience Required

1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within a professional services or legal environment. Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, CRM systems, and social media marketing. Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and marketing automation workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar. Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred but not essential.

Interest in the legal industry and willingness to learn legal terminology and client needs. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
