What you'll be doing
...
Marketing brand campaigns:
Brand stewardship, integral to developing awareness of LW Tickets.
Deliver creative and exciting marketing campaigns for clients and LW Tickets.
Driving reach, revenue, and strong ROI through strategic and well executed marketing activity.
Coordinate digital activity in partnership with the wider team to ensure best practice and support department priorities, initiatives and KPIs.
Liaise with the CRM Manager to execute activity across multiple event launches at any one time.
Coordinating and delivering regular customer comms e.g. show information and changes. Liaising with the inventory team, ticketing team and producers.
Working with relevant website and media agencies, platforms, partners, producers, and promoters, implementing campaigns and aiding target success. Including PPC search, social, programmatic display, affiliates, and any new opportunities.
Website:
Assist in website management, enhancement, and development delivery, from day-to-day platform updates to bug fixing, optimising for speed, UX and conversion rate.
Implement SEO to increase organic traffic and visibility, implementing on-page, technical and content optimisations.
Reporting:
Champion customer insight and industry trends to maximise the benefits of first party data, advance data acquisition and retention, and promote testing/learning and new initiatives, determining where it should influence plans and priorities.
Implement digital tracking and tag management to ensure accurate measurement and reporting to inform a data-driven approach. Own during and post campaign reporting.
Lead Digital Reporting admin, running regular analysis on account and campaign performance across acquisition channels, evaluating performance, and making recommendations to clients to drive traffic, growth, and revenue.

Commercially minded and be able to work towards metrics within budgets.
Has collaborated with multiple stakeholders including digital agencies, clients, and platform development teams to deliver aims. The ability to build collaborative and constructive working relationships across various internal departments and external agencies.
Firm understanding of brand marketing, digital content and user experience.
A solution-focused, creative, resilient, and initiative-taking approach, with the ability to multitask and manage and prioritise multiple workstreams.
Experience in:
Multichannel marketing campaigns including paid search, social media, affiliates, and programmatic display.
SEO - improving websites visibility, optimising both technical configuration and on page content relevance.
Google Tag Manager and Tag/Pixel Management. Google Analytics and other relevant web reporting tools.
Using content management systems, and best practice management and development of websites and/or other digital products.
Customer engagement, data acquisition and retention strategies.
Content marketing and outreach through social media and digital PR channels to raise awareness and drive platform traffic.
Understanding media reporting and developing tactical and strategic plans and ideas
Exposure to marketing/digital for theatre, live events, and entertainment in a B2C capacity highly desirable
Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, data and platforms, Including MS Office, Canva/ Adobe, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience of using customer engagement platforms, such as Dot Digital, to build and send email campaigns.
Experience of social media channel management & social media advertising tools such as Meta and Tik Tok ads manager.
Knowledge and experience of using WordPress or a similar CMS system and ESP.
Experience in the ticketing or entertainment industry is a plus.

Due to the nature of this fast-moving and exciting live entertainment environment, these duties provide a framework for the role and should not be regarded as a definitive list. Other reasonable duties may be required consistent with the grade of the post.
Full time, hybrid min 3 days in the LW Tickets Office in Covent Garden. Expectation to attend various events and trade shows were necessary.
