We have an amazing and exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the dynamic Sales and Marketing team as a

Marketing Executive

on a permanent basis. You'll be primarily based in our modern

Wembley office

, situated in a vibrant location with excellent transport links.

The Role:





To strategically support the ongoing development and successful delivery of innovative and effective marketing strategies and activities, meticulously designed to promote and significantly grow the public profile of SNG throughout the sector and beyond. You will actively support our dedicated Sales teams to generate high-quality leads, systematically grow our diverse customer base, and effectively promote our extensive range of housing developments across multiple channels and platforms.


Key responsibilities




Work with the central Marketing team to deliver Sales schemes to market in the most effective way Act as a key account manager, working in collaboration with internal stakeholders, as well as external partners and suppliers on campaigns and projects Manage, implement and report on marketing campaigns to support the sales pipeline of shared ownership and open market sale developments, meeting objectives, timelines and budgets Creating detailed campaign briefs, supplying copy and sourcing imagery for marketing materials. These will include signage, print and digital advertising, merchandising and exhibition materials, and will need to adhere to brand guidelines Have operational responsibility for digital marketing channels including website content management, external property platform activity, and email marketing - reporting to Sales colleagues on budgets, lead-volumes and campaign success Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies to ensure an integrated contribution to SNG corporate objectives Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the level of responsibility of the post and to meet the changing needs of the organisation

What we need from you




Previous marketing experience, or experience in a similar role/industry Proven ability to engage with internal/external stakeholders Keen interest in marketing and staying up to date with the latest trends Strong organisational and time management skills
