Marketing Executive

to take ownership of our marketing projects.

The Role

You'll be the go-to person for marketing within the business, working directly with the founder. This is a hands-on role where you'll be trusted with responsibility early on.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate and deliver LinkedIn campaigns, newsletters, and email outreach. Take the brand in the direction you believe in. Manage content creation for thought leadership - from funding insights to FX market updates. Support client acquisition projects by turning complex financial services into clear, engaging messaging. Analyse performance (open rates, clicks, engagement) and suggest improvements. Coordinate with external designers and freelancers where needed. Own day-to-day marketing projects end-to-end - from idea to execution.

About You

Recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in financial services, fintech, sales or B2B marketing. Confident communicator with excellent writing skills (you'll be shaping our voice on LinkedIn and beyond). Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects. Curious, ambitious, and keen to learn by doing - you'll get exposure to strategy as well as execution.
