Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to play a key role in bringing the Powerleague brand to life. You'll support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, helping us to engage customers, launch new sites, and grow our brand presence.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced marketing team, where you'll have exposure to all areas of marketing including campaigns, digital, design, events, and internal communications. The role also has a strong day to day and administrative aspect, so you'll need to be highly organised, adaptable, and ready to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment.


Key Responsibilities and Activities


Support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns in line with the core campaign calendar. Assist with the creation of marketing collateral and promotional literature. Provide support for marketing events and site launches. Help launch new football and padel sites with tailored marketing activity. Be the face of the marketing team for Powerleague clubs, ensuring they have the tools and support they need. Manage the Powerleague enquiries inbox, responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Manage the marketing ticketing system to ensure internal requests are handled promptly. Support the SEO, CRM, and Social Media teams with day to day activities and general admin tasks to ensure the smooth running of the marketing function. Maintain marketing documentation, databases, and processes to ensure smooth team operations. Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations. Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to ensure Powerleague stays at the forefront. Champion the Powerleague brand guidelines and act as a brand ambassador across the business. Build strong working relationships across the company to support collaboration and consistency.





Technical Knowledge/Professional Experience


Essential


Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with email/CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp). Experience working within a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, or service.

Desirable


1-2 years' experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house). Experience supporting campaign delivery across multiple channels (digital, print, events). Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, bespoke systems) and basic website updates. A genuine interest in sport, particularly football and padel. Strong commercial awareness and curiosity for marketing trends and consumer behaviour.
