The Opportunity





A Marketing Executive at Gentrack helps drive brand awareness and customer engagement by supporting campaigns, digital channels, and events. The role involves market research, content creation, and collaboration with sales and product teams to showcase Gentrack's energy and utility solutions. They ensure consistent messaging and contribute to generating leads and strengthening customer relationships.




The Specifics








Social media and digital presence




Own day-to-day management of Gentrack's global LinkedIn and X accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and tracking performance Collaborate with internal teams to source and deliver engaging, timely content that builds awareness, drives engagement, and positions Gentrack as a thought leader in the utilities sector Analyse social performance metrics and employee advocacy engagement
providing recommendations to grow reach and impact



Campaigns and lead generation




Support the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns aligned with
global and regional priorities, including demand gen programs, and events

+ such as CEO Town Halls and employee conference
Deliver end-to-end campaign and event activity: build and manage registration sites, track and report weekly progress, coordinate project tasks, and oversee the creation and production of campaign and event deliverables Monitor campaign performance and engagement, providing insights and recommendations to optimise reach, lead generation, and business impact Manage lead flow from corporate campaigns, ensuring timely capture, assignment, and follow-up in collaboration with sales.



Brand and content support




Manage the Highway of Innovation Catalogues - update
content, oversee access and logins and provide usage reporting
Ensure consistency and quality across all global corporate materials, including brochures, presentations, website content and, Hubs Act as brand ambassador when liaising with external agencies and vendors, safeguarding Gentrack's brand identity across all channels



Marketing operations




Own and follow the central Marketing inbox, ensuring timely response and follow up Maintain and improve shared repositories and processes that drive
team efficiency
Companywide SharePoint pages (Marketing Hub; Brand Hub; GenHub) Internal Marketing SharePoint LastPass (password management tool) Monitor and manage marketing subscriptions to ensure timely renewals and value for money Oversee stock levels and ordering of branded merchandise and gifts

What we're looking for

(you don't need to be a guru at all, we're looking forward to coaching and collaborating with you):




Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a marketing program role preferably within a software environment - this role would suit a person looking at their 2nd job within marketing Demonstrated experience in social media management and/or campaign execution with measurable outcomes Experience in managing campaign leads, including capture, tracking, reporting and collaboration with sales teams to support pipeline growth Highly organised and detail driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks Ability to execute quickly in an extremely fast paced, high growth environment Analytical and structured to help analyse campaign data to ensure programs support business goals Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Happy to 'get stuck-in' attitude

Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Collaboration tools -
i.e., Monday.com
CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot
or equivalent) for campaign and lead management
Design tools -
i.e., Canva, video editing tools (not essential - nice to have)
