Join the Close Brothers Marketing Team where you will support the Group Marketing and Brand Manager to deliver on a wide range of marketing activity, including sponsorships and partnerships, events, advertising and PR, brand, and content creation alongside other marketing tasks.
Our ideal team member will have previous experience in assisting in the organisation of events and opportunities to support and leverage sponsorships/partnerships with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business unit marketing teams and look for opportunity for cross-functional projects/plans.
  • Work closely with a number of internal teams and key stakeholders around the group to deliver effective internal and external campaign materials/collateral.
  • Support the digital marketing executive to create content for the website and our social media channels.
  • Work with external organisations such as agencies, partners, and suppliers.
  • Write engaging and informative communication materials for campaigns, to cover internal and external activation and messaging. These include articles for website and intranet, social media posts, presentation packs and reports.
  • Support the development, implementation and monitoring of the group marketing strategy to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
  • Build a group wide events/sponsorship calendar to allow better awareness and transparency of key business level events and so can be leveraged effectively.

  • Experience organising and managing events
  • Must be able to, and enjoy, multi-tasking
  • Demonstrable project management skills

  • Tenacious and results focused
  • Prior experience working within Financial Services
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
  • Relevant Marketing qualifications, inc CIM or IDM
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification
