The Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality marketing content, events, and campaigns to support SAY's business development efforts and enhance our brand presence. The Marketing Executive will work closely with consultants and directors to strengthen the customer journey, ensuring consistent, engaging communications that support client acquisition and retention. While the role supports business development, it is not a sales role and will not carry responsibility for financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications
Create engaging content for multiple channels including LinkedIn, newsletters, presentations, and client materials.
Develop and maintain case studies, insights, and client testimonials that reinforce relationships and showcase SAY's expertise.
Manage SAY's website content and ensure updates reflect current priorities, services, and sector focus.
Events & Engagement
Support the planning and promotion of SAY-hosted events (roundtables, seminars, awards, etc.).
Research and coordinate SAY's attendance at relevant external industry events and forums.
Work with colleagues to maximise event impact through follow-up content and client engagement.
Customer Journey Support
Help consultants prepare market sector research, insight packs, and tailored collateral for client meetings.
Produce targeted marketing materials that support relationship managers in cross-selling services and developing account plans.
Ensure the customer journey across marketing, sales, and client relations is consistent, joined-up, and client-focused.
Brand & Design
Liaise with agencies and designers to ensure SAY's brand is consistently applied across all materials.
Manage SAY's photo and visual asset library.
Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, stands, and promotional items.
Digital Marketing
Support email marketing campaigns and CRM activity (HubSpot), ensuring accurate use for targeted campaigns.
Oversee SAY's LinkedIn presence, ensuring regular and relevant content is shared.
Explore opportunities to strengthen SAY's PR presence, including coordinating with external PR support where required.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in professional services, consultancy, or property.
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with a keen eye for design.
Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently.
Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with consultants, directors, and external partners.
Proficiency with CRM and email marketing tools (preferably HubSpot).
Event management experience desirable but not essential.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred, but those without will be considered.
