Instant Physio needs a marketing executive like this to help us take our next growth leap: launching new services, opening new locations, and building a trusted, modern healthcare brand.

As

Marketing Executive

, you'll work directly with the clinic owner to design, deliver, and optimise campaigns that drive leads, improve conversion rates, and build our community presence -- both online and offline. This is not an entry-level content role; you'll be responsible for results, not just posts.

Responsibilities and Activities

Create and execute marketing campaigns that generate quality leads across Google, Meta, and offline channels Manage the company's CRM system (email, automation, list segmentation, reporting) Track campaign performance and report weekly on lead source, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI Manage website content and performance -- ensuring pages, forms, and tracking are up to date Oversee the production of social media, blogs, newsletters, and other brand content Liaise with external partners including designers, printers, copywriters, and ad agencies Support the delivery of workshops, events, and community marketing activities Monitor patient feedback and online reviews to inform brand improvement Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and budgets to ensure consistency and accountability
