The role





The Marketing Executive is required to assist with the planning and execution of all marketing, PR and communications activity across the business, including:
Working with in-house designers, internal teams and external agencies to develop sales and marketing tools, including brochures, presentations, adverts, factsheets, local guides, newsletters, invitations, development models, CGI's, interactive apartment finders, promotional videos and other ad-hoc materials. Proof reading of all marketing and sales collateral to ensure that all information is accurate and in accordance with brand guidelines. Organising and running events, including sales launches, charity initiatives, placemaking and community events. Assisting in the management of day-to-day presentation of marketing suites to ensure that high standards are met at all times, including external landscaping, sales signage and show homes. Working with interior designers to manage installation of marketing suites and show apartments furniture. Commissioning and managing photography, including lifestyle, product, site and event photo shoots. Working with Marketing Manager and appointed media agency to plan, book and measure targeted media, across print, digital and outdoor channels. Assisting with planning and delivery of content on development social media channels and suggesting ways to increase engagement. Planning and delivering regular email campaigns to sales databases and monitoring effectiveness. Managing development web pages and online portals to ensure information is accurate and up to date, and working with Berkeley Group teams to enhance and improve. Managing updates to MyHomePlus for each phase launch, and work with sales teams to increase customer sign ups. Co-ordinating with the international Berkeley Group offices to ensure they are fully stocked with necessary marketing collateral and information. Assisting with the preparation, planning and delivery of overseas exhibitions, including model moves, event setup and advertising and promotion. Ensuring that all departmental invoices and purchase orders are authorised and suppliers are paid in a timely manner. Acting as brand guardian and advisor, supporting internal staff and suppliers in adhering to the corporate brand guidelines. Assisting with any relevant awards submissions.

Experience required





Excellent level of general computer literacy (in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to effectively present information and produce reports Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to work logically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Excellent time management and organisational skills Thorough, accurate and an excellent eye for detail
