Position Overview



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Marketing Executive

to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in driving brand visibility, digital growth, and client engagement across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate will combine

, leading marketing campaigns that enhance market presence, generate leads, and strengthen client trust.

Key Responsibilities



1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Management



Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals and brand positioning. Oversee brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.

2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution



Plan and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing). Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce creative marketing assets and materials. Responsible for the operation of different social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including content planning, copywriting, publishing and interaction management, to enhance account influence Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on key metrics (CTR, ROI, conversion rate). Responsible for the placement and optimisation of overseas advertising channels such as (Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and monitoring data)

3. Content Creation & Communication



Develop compelling content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, press releases, and thought leadership materials. Manage the company's website and social media presence to increase engagement and audience growth. Assist in advancing PR-related work, liaise with different media resources, and handle communication and coordination matters. Write promotional articles and PR auxiliary, and handle daily operations such as sending internal system emails;

4. Lead Generation & Client Engagement



Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to design marketing funnels that generate qualified leads. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track and improve customer acquisition and retention. Drive marketing automation and CRM initiatives to enhance client lifecycle management.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making



Analyse campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and guide future marketing strategies. Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

1-3 years of marketing experience

, work experience in international social media, PR, or advertising channels is desired

.

Strong knowledge of

digital marketing tools

(Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc.). Proven experience managing

B2B marketing campaigns

and building brand presence across digital platforms. Excellent speaking, writing, storytelling, and communication skills in English (Mandarin or Cantonese a plus). Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of marketing performance metrics. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional projects. Highly responsible, meticulous and rigorous, with a strong sensitivity to data, and good cross-department communication and stress resistance skills

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
