Job Purpose Join a fast-growing education and training organisation with a mission to create inspirational journeys and deliver excellence in learning. We are looking to recruit a high-flying marketer with 5 years+ experience to join the LMP Group driving the growth and development of our three key businesses, LMP Education, Inspire ATA and LMP Action. This is a flexible, hybrid role with a mix of working from home and in the London Hammersmith head office. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working as part of the in-house marketing team. You will have a minimum of five years of marketing experience. The ideal candidate will be a marketing all-rounder who is self-motivated and can work at pace across the 3 brands. You must be flexible with a passion for digital marketing, social media and web technologies. Your creative ideas and keen eye for detail will help in the development and promotion of our brand values, websites and digital channels and ensure these are communicated effectively. With an interest in learning and development you will have an basic understanding of AI and latest marketing technologies available. Your interest for learning new skills will see you assisting with the continued development of our brand online presence and driving lead generation. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver our marketing strategy and plan.
  • Social media channel management.
  • Supporting and managing in-house apprentices.
  • Deliver and manage digital campaigns including optimising the use of web, video, email and social media channels.
  • Write, edit and proofread a wide range of materials including social media posts, blogs, guides and web copy.
  • Creating and managing content and marketing activity calendars.
  • Report marketing progress.
  • Optimise the usage of prospect data within the business to improve conversion. rates and work with the partners to improve cross-selling opportunities.
  • Implementation and development of SEO strategies across our websites and wider digital channels.
  • Website management and reporting using Google Analytics.
  • Developing partnerships and affiliate network channels.
  • Assisting with managing in-house marketing team priorities.
  • Campaign planning, management, and reporting, using various tools and systems.
  • Working closely with other internal departments, marketing apprentices and external partners.
  • Wider support for other channel leads across direct marketing, social, email, and automation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (spelling and grammar).
  • Organised and methodical.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Work proactively individually and within a team, Excellent communication skills.
  • IT literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Office, Teams, Zoom).
  • Digital marketing skills in Wordpress, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot
  • Experience in social media platforms required eg. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.

Education and Experience
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Apprenticeship in marketing.
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • The ability to work under pressure. Help manage team of in-house digital marketing apprentices.
