Marketing Executive

to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering engaging campaigns, compelling content, and memorable events.

About the role

As our Marketing Executive, you'll support the marketing team across a range of exciting projects -- from digital campaigns and social media activity to event coordination and content creation. This is a varied, hands-on role that's perfect for someone who enjoys being creative, organised, and collaborative.

We're looking for a well-organised individual to work closely with key stake holder and manage advertising campaigns, website content, and promote and generate awareness of our brands in the capital equipment industry.

To be a successful, you should have strong interpersonal skills and creative skills, along with experience managing multiple projects and working with supplier's marketing contacts, and the ability to analyse performance. You should also possess knowledge and understanding of commercial sales and marketing to take us to the next level across the Manufacturers we represent.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in the planning, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels Creating and managing engaging marketing materials including newsletters, press releases, adverts, and brochures Helping to organise, promote, and attend company events throughout the year Supporting the team with administrative tasks, managing branded merchandise, and responding to marketing enquiries Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing goals and initiatives Monitoring website performance, improving SEO, and managing social media platforms

What we're looking for

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time management abilities A creative mindset with an eye for design, photography, and video content Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools such as Google Analytics A team player who can also take initiative and work independently A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred Some previous experience in marketing, sales, or advertising is beneficial

Requirements:

Interest and engagement in plant and machinery Bachelor's degree in marketing or other business and communication genres preferred. 3 years marketing experience preferred A good understanding of marketing trends and platform best practices. Strong analytical skills with experience in content performance analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work IT skills including the use of MS Office programs along with social media platforms Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and a key eye for detail. Driving licence essential as travel will be required, nationally and at time internationally. Great communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. CRM knowledge, data input and analysing data / trends. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. The ability to work under pressure.
