We have a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about marketing to join our team as a Marketing Executive on a permanent contract.

This is a great time to join Laguna Motorcycles as we continue to expand, strengthening our position as a national player in the motorcycle industry. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and our in-house Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity across a wide range of channels.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, creative, and have a keen eye for detail. You'll be confident writing engaging content, proactive in managing multiple tasks, and eager to grow your skills within a fast-paced industry.

Duties

Support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms in line with manufacturer requirements and the content schedule. Write engaging and accurate copy for email campaigns, social media, and further content as required. Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and consistency with manufacturer offers and updates. Assist with the organisation and promotion of events and customer experiences. Carry out administrative tasks to support the efficient delivery of marketing activities within the company. Keep up to date with marketing best practice, competitor activity, and industry trends.

Essential Skills and Experience

You hold a degree in a relevant subject, or have previous experience in a marketing or communications role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Experience managing and scheduling content across social media platforms. Experience writing engaging copy for email marketing, newsletters, or digital content. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively as part of a small team and collaborate with colleagues.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp). Basic understanding of SEO and website content management. Experience using social media analytics or reporting tools. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to support creative work. Interest or experience in the motorcycle industry. Videography and/or photography skills for social media or campaign content.
