About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support and drive our growing marketing efforts. You'll play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, generating demand, and helping shape the future of TRUPCR in Europe and beyond.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams on multi-channel campaigns, conferences, content creation, and analytics to guide future strategies and unlock growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective, data-driven marketing strategies.
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, trade shows, conferences, and events.
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to guide marketing efforts.
Develop compelling marketing content (web, brochures, press releases, etc.).
Track and analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners.
Support CRM and sales lead optimization (experience with Salesforce a plus).
Manage content calendars, reporting dashboards, and marketing trackers.
Contribute to the development of budgets and forecasts.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
2+ years' experience in a marketing role (preferably B2B or healthcare).
Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong grasp of digital marketing (SEO, email campaigns, social media).
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Analytical mindset - comfortable interpreting data and performance metrics.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
Initiative-taker who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
Degree in a life science or biomedical discipline.
Familiarity with the diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare industry.
