The Role
We're looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to bring fresh energy, creativity, and organisation to the table across two exciting businesses:
TRG Concessions
and
Barburrito
.
This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. From planning punchy social media posts and crafting engaging CRM campaigns, to whipping up branded content and collaborating with teams across sites and airports -- you'll be in the thick of the action, keeping our brands buzzing and our customers engaged.
Reporting to the Central Ops Director, working closely with our Head of Brand for Barburrito. You'll work with an awesome team and get stuck into projects that drive real impact.
Here's what you'll be up to:
Managing day-to-day social media activity and content for both brands
Supporting CRM campaigns, loyalty programmes, and database engagement
Creating branded marketing materials for new initiatives and launches
Helping with marketing admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly
Getting stuck into design - from social assets to internal comms
Working alongside teams across locations to bring campaigns to life
Owning your time and delivering high-quality work to deadlines
Building relationships with everyone from GMs to the Support Office team
What you bring:
A degree in marketing (or something similar) or previous experience in a marketing role
A solid understanding of social media strategy and content trends
Some CRM know-how - loyalty, email marketing, and customer engagement
Familiarity with GDPR and privacy rules that keep us compliant
A flair for design and confidence using tools like Canva or Adobe
Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own schedule
A collaborative spirit and a strong cultural fit for both TRGC and Barburrito
Flexibility to travel to sites and airports (we'll cover travel costs)
Coolness under pressure and comfort with working at speed and in ambiguity
