We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced team. You'll be hands-on from day one, managing company websites, analysing performance, refining user experiences, and supporting the delivery of a range of marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, with proven experience delivering both organic and paid digital campaigns. We're looking for someone who can help drive website performance by improving search engine rankings and enhancing user journeys to increase conversions.
As part of a small and collaborative team, you'll need a broad skill set and a flexible mindset to support wider marketing activities, including event management, sales enablement campaigns, and content repurposing.
Technical Profile
Demonstrable experience working with a range of digital tools (Wordpress, Semrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Hotjar, Salesforce (or alternatives))
Proven ability to grow website traffic and optimise UX and on-site engagement.
Strong analytical and research skills
Experience of managing company websites, running ad campaigns (retargeting as well), digital testing and content production/ad copy writing.
Evidence in delivered campaigns and projects.
Sector knowledge of the telecoms industry would be advantageous but not essential.
Qualified - not required if they have the right experience.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing
Proven experience managing campaigns across Google platforms

Strong analytical skills with the ability to create clear, meaningful reports for marketing and leadership audiences
