We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and proactive individual who loves Sport and is interested in the Gambling industry, to join our CRM team as a Marketing Executive and support our Betting products.
This role will be responsible for various tasks related to campaign orchestration, including but not limited to the following:
Coming up with new promotional concepts.
Content ideation.
Testing, analysing and optimising.
Automating communications and processes.
Executing across Email, Push Message, SMS, Interstitial, and Inbox channels.
There is a requirement for evening and weekend coverage, usually dictated by the sporting calendar, which would be shared between the team and involve the below:
Watching live Sport and promoting relevant and attractive betting opportunities, based on how the event is playing out.
Re-targeting customers who have bet, or are betting, on certain matches or races and upselling to another market or event.
Fulfilling promotions and sending credit notifications.
Prioritise the customer experience by efficiently and accurately executing campaigns and promotions, resolving any queries from our Customer Service Team to ensure the customer receives the best service possible.

Responsibilities
Content Planning:
o Deliver content plans that integrate into customer lifecycle journeys.
o Map content distribution across various channels to maximise engagement and reach.
o Identify key sporting events suited for real-time marketing.
o Develop an awareness of evolving trends in the betting industry.
o Build relationships with Product, Trade, Brand, Customer Service, and Social Teams.
Content & Promotional Implementation:
o Develop innovative and effective content and promotional concepts.
o Create design briefs for graphic designers to ensure marketing content is appealing.
o Write compelling copy that captures attention and conveys the marketing message.
o Ensure the execution of CRM & promotional content is on time and to a high standard.
Marketing Execution & Communications:
o Utilise BI data models to identify the most effective channels for content distribution.
o Constantly refine content and communication strategies based on results and feedback.
o Ensure brand and tone of voice guidelines are always followed, and sign-off processes are always adhered to.
o Personalise channels and messaging based on audience segments and their preferences.
