The Role




To support the planning and execution of marketing activity across Castore's brand campaigns and retail network.


This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organised, detail-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.


You will help ensure Castore campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with impact across markets, stores, partners, and key product moments.

Responsibilities




Campaign Support

Assist in the coordination of seasonal campaign activity, from managing the brand calendar to supporting the development and rollout of retail marketing initiatives. Ensure all campaign assets are aligned to brand guidelines, with attention to quality, consistency, and relevance for environments. Support upload, management and reporting of Castore campaigns on the DAM

Retail Marketing Execution

Support the day-to-day needs of Castore's owned stores and retail partners ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of marketing collateral. Assist with the planning of store openings, Help maintain campaign calendars and contacts for all retail locations. Manage Castore's Own Retail store screen content disruption through their centralised platform.

Reporting & Admin

Prepare competitor research and trend insights, to inform future campaign planning and consumer profiling. Track marketing spend from external agencies Manage internal filing, calendar updates, asset libraries (DAM), and campaign archives with precision and organisation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the retail, brand, and creative teams to ensure smooth delivery of all campaign activity. Communicate with wholesale partners, distributors and internal stakeholders to support specific marketing needs and requests. Represent the marketing team with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail.
