Marketing Executive



This is a Marketing Executive role with a Digital and CRM specialist slant - perfect for someone who wants to get stuck into the detail but also keep an eye on the bigger picture.

As a Marketing Executive with a focus on campaigns, CRM and digital performance, you'll play a central role in supporting sales and driving measurable results. You'll manage our marketing automation and CRM systems, deliver SEO performance improvements, coordinate website updates and lead our SDR-aligned campaign activity. You'll also support wider marketing initiatives including events and reporting, while gaining training and exposure in paid digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring data quality and enabling effective segmentation for campaigns. Plan, deliver and coordinate multi-touch marketing campaigns aligned to the sales funnel. Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, ensuring insight drives decisions. Deliver SEO activity including keyword research, performance monitoring and on-site optimisation. Maintain and update the website with a focus on SEO, usability and continuous improvement. Support sales with SDR tool integration, insights and lead nurturing content. Assist in planning and delivering both in-person and digital events. Contribute to wider marketing activity including reports, collateral and admin support. Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop hands-on skills in paid digital advertising across Google Ads and paid social.

What We're Looking For



An analytical thinker who is comfortable diving into data and turning it into actionable insight. Practical, hands-on experience with WordPress, CRM and marketing tools. A strong communicator who enjoys working across teams and building relationships. Someone detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multi-touch campaigns. A marketer with a solid foundation of experience, looking to broaden skills and make a real impact in a smaller, fast-moving team.
