The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to drive PMG's marketing presence across digital channels. This role blends creativity with commercial focus: producing engaging content, running campaigns, and ensuring PMG's voice reflects the quality and prestige of the brands we represent.
You'll manage day-to-day activity across social media, email, and paid campaigns, as well as coordinate freelancers or agencies where needed. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing international business and make your mark.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
Develop, curate, and schedule engaging posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and our website.
Engage with online communities, influencers, and clients to strengthen brand presence.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, aligned messaging across campaigns.
Campaigns & Paid Media
Plan and execute digital campaigns across social and search platforms.
Manage paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to generate leads and measure ROI.
Support the launch of new guides, partnerships, and services with coordinated marketing campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and report on KPIs including website traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Provide quarterly reports for customers and clients
Provide insights and recommendations to optimise marketing activity.
Innovation & Brand Alignment
Stay on top of digital marketing trends, bringing fresh ideas to elevate PMG's presence.
Ensure all marketing content upholds the luxury, international standard of the PMG brand.
About You
2-4 years' experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles.
Experience working with premium or B2B brands preferred.
Skilled in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability.
Analytical, creative, and proactive mindset.
Organised and confident managing multiple projects at once.
