Following the re-structure of the marketing team, the role of Marketing Executive is a brand-new role sitting in the centralised marketing team and supporting the Marketing Manager in the delivery of marketing campaigns and creative assets that contribute towards the success of the lettings business, that is responsible for the lettings and management of over 1,000 properties across the UK.
This role will work alongside experienced marketers, whilst also having visibility and interaction with the whole business operation. This role will be vital in ensuring key marketing requirements are delivered, and that day-to-day business operations are able to run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media
Plan the monthly organic social media posts for three accounts across:
Paragon property - LinkedIn (1 post a week)
My Apartments - LinkedIn / Instagram / Facebook (3 posts a week)
City Co-Living - Instagram / Facebook / TikTok (4 posts a week)
Create weekly social media content for three accounts across:
Paragon property - LinkedIn (1 post a week)
My Apartments - LinkedIn / Instagram / Facebook (3 posts a week)
City Co-Living - Instagram / Facebook / TikTok (4 posts a week)
Schedule, post, and monitor content performance using Sprout Social
Community management - respond to comments, messages, and mentions
Monitor engagement metrics to inform future content.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with focus areas & campaigns
Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and social trends, adjusting strategy accordingly
Track and report on organic social performance.
Content Creation
Apartment dressing, ensuring dressings are rotated, maintained, and kept up to date
Assisting on video / photo shoots
Capture engaging on-site and lifestyle content in Manchester and Newcastle (occasional travel to Newcastle required)
Use editing software like Canva and CapCut to create engaging social media content
Create all written and visual content for organic social media
Update office window displays monthly, reflecting current availability and campaigns
Design new window displays every 3 months
Develop creative concepts and content calendars for digital noticeboards on site at CCL and Westpoint
Produce and schedule a mix of content, including:
Business updates (opening hours, resident or tenant information)
Community and lifestyle content (key dates, city events, local activities)
Design digital noticeboards using Canva
Property Listings
Create property listings in line with current availability
Update and optimise 5 x property listings every day to ensure listings look fresh and show on first page
Design creative for carousel campaigns and write copy to support property marketing initiatives
Attend monthly review meetings with the Marketing Manager and Rightmove Account Manager to assess performance
Research and outreach to new property portals that align with business goals
Operational Support
Raising POs for the marketing team in-line with the budget and liaising with accounts
Attending weekly marketing and lettings meetings, taking / sharing minutes
Ensuring leads are added to the CRM system in the correct format
Creation of weekly marketing report
Proofing assets ahead of sign off and distribution
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and attributes:
Minimum of 1 years' experience within a similar role
A solid understanding of social media platforms (Insta / Facebook / LinkedIn)
A creative flare with a great eye for 'Instagramable' moments
A problem solver with a can-do attitude and genuine desire to learn
A genuine interest in the field of marketing with plans for a career within the discipline
A team player who can build solid internal relationships across the business
Good stakeholder management and an ability to be dynamic and multi-task
The ability to work on their own, be proactive and self-motivated
Impeccable organisation skills with great time management
Great attention to detail and a desire to deliver the best work they possibly can

Experience in the property industry would be advantageous
