Role Purpose
The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in delivering the marketing strategy for our B2B initiatives.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the B2B landscape, capable of developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our customers and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Support the marketing team with the implementation and delivery of comprehensive marketing activity tailored to the B2B market, focusing on lead generation, brand positioning and customer retention.
Support the design, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing and events.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, account management and others, to ensure alignment and maximise the impact of our marketing efforts.
You will create regular and engaging marketing campaigns in order to promote the business's proposition across all channels, including, but not limited to; social media, website, email, video and visually engaging content.
Ensure complete consistency, accuracy and continuity of brand and tone across all marketing channels.
You will be a brand ambassador and be one of the go-to people in the business to support with guidance on working with our brand.
You will monitor competitor and industry activity, making recommendations to the team on key observations and trends i.e. common themes, discussion points, hot topics and trending content.
Alongside your colleagues in the marketing team, you will work collaboratively to ensure our website and sub-sites are maintained regularly, inclusive of fresh and engaging content.
You will use analytical tools to identify areas of improvement or opportunities within our marketing activity, including website and social media performance.
Support the marketing team with any aligned activity in conjunction with our partners marketing campaigns ensuring advertising commitments are met.
To establish good relationships with internal departments, to create a common approach and high standard of content for engaging with their external audiences e.g. Sales, Account Management, Commercial.
KPIs
Delivery against the marketing plan.
Consistency and quality of all your outputs.
Delivery of high-quality pitches and presentations in support of customer retention and new business growth.
Delivery of key projects within agreed time frames.
Quality and timeliness of written work.
Increased MQL's via marketing channels and feeding into overall new business pipeline.
Qualification / Experience
Proficient user of Adobe creative suite, especially InDesign, for creating digital and print assets.
Strong design skills and experience of using Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality, often under tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and levels of self-organisation.
