This is a hybrid role working between the candidates home location and the Brandsafe Head Office (Milton Keynes) and The Rack Group Head Office (Barnsley). The main office location for this role will depend upon where the candidate is based. This role will involve travelling to IWS Group office locations to build on Group marketing relationships and enable team collaboration.





Role Dimensions





Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will identify leads and marketing trends whilst sourcing new opportunities and potential clients. This role will involve working alongside other members of the Group Marketing team and The Rack Group sales team to identify new market opportunities for the business as well as nurturing prospective leads.



The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Group Marketing Manager on the development of the marketing budget in line with the agreed strategy and will collaborate on focus points such as target audiences and ways to promote business through specific media channels.



Capabilities in problem solving, effective communication, and marketing strategy are key to this role and will allow those customer/working relationships to grow.

Success Management





Weekly/monthly reporting on leads, growth and opportunity. Maintenance of auditable documentation trails. Collaboration with the wider marketing team on Group projects. Engagement with the wider sales team to ensure we are reaching our targeted audience. Demonstration of continuous improvement. Achievement of set objectives and KPI's, individually and as a department.

Education/Qualifications





Good standard of general education backed by a track record of continuing professional development. CIM Marketing Qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience





Able to prioritise, develop work schedule, and influence others to achieve results. Exemplary communication, presentation and customer engagement skills. Collaborate effectively with others to ensure business improvements and efficiencies. Knowledge and understanding of products and construction basics within the industry. Experience with a CRM system. Experience of using marketing technology to deliver successful marketing campaigns through multiple platforms (social media, email etc.). Strong creative skills. Experience of writing and creating marketing campaigns. Good copy writing skills. Experience in graphic design working with Photoshop and InDesign. Strong digital marketing experience would be advantageous.
