Job Description



This role is an exciting opportunity to create new mortgage and insurance related marketing campaigns and sales collateral to support our network of mortgage consultants across the group.



The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's marketing coordinator or executive experience with a critical eye and creative flair to produce engaging material for our customers, whilst operating within a regulated industry.



The role may also suit a recent Marketing graduate who has had some experience in this area.


Your responsibilities will include:




Supporting the Mortgage Services business across all brands with suitable point of sale material through the mortgage appointment process to include cross sale and insurance products. Collaborating with the Group Marketing team on projects to promote group value and increase incremental Mortgage Services opportunities. Working with design agency/studio on creative briefs and wider marketing team to implement across print, web and social channels. Updating and enhancing existing Mortgage Services related content in line with annual compliance reviews. Supporting the Mortgage Services Marketing Manager on the delivery of Mortgage and Protection related marketing campaigns from concept stage to launch. Regular updates and maintenance of content for the Stock Ordering website/Intranet pages/Trello board and monthly marketing internal newsletter for Mortgage Services. Closely working alongside the Mortgage Services Development team on the marketing comms strategy, ensuring channels such as Engage (Intranet) and business updates are maintained with relevant, up-to-date, engaging Mortgage Services content. Keeping up to date with the latest advertising, promotional and GDPR legislation.

The ideal candidate:




Graduate or equivalent CIM qualifications or equivalent - preferable Minimum 1 years' experience within a Marketing role. Preferred experience of working within a related sector (Property or Financial Services) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Creative and analytical skills with copyrighting skills advantageous Self-starter who can manage their own time. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Attention to detail Computer literate with strong competence in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Strong team player, used to collaborating with a number of stakeholders
