Marketing Executive
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
About this Role
This is your chance to bring ideas to life with one of the most trusted names in asset rental. As our new Marketing Executive, you'll support our Environmental Municipal Civil (EMC) business at Dawsongroup. This role will see you working as the key link between our EMC business and the wider Group Marketing team, helping shape and deliver campaigns that strengthen our brand and support business growth. You will act as a bridge between senior leaders, sales teams, operations, and our creative studio to bring ideas to life.

• Act as the go-to marketing contact for our EMC team
• Lead and deliver engaging marketing projects for EMC.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to plan, brief, and roll out campaigns.
• Oversee multi-channel activities including digital, social, print, PR and events.
• Support business growth by creating marketing messages that resonate with customers.

About You
We're not expecting perfection. We want your potential, your energy and your willingness to get stuck in. You'll be confident turning briefs into outcomes, be proactive in communication, and enjoy working across creative, digital, and commercial tasks.

• Marketing degree or equivalent accreditation (CIM, IDM, etc.)
• Strong writing skills and a creative mindset
• Familiar with B2B content across digital channels
• Comfortable using WordPress and working with external suppliers
• Full UK driving licence
