StowAg is a family-owned business that has been supporting farmers, agricultural contractors, equestrians, and rural communities across the Cotswolds and beyond since 1969. With stores in Longborough, Thame, and Alton-and a 12-acre timber yard-we offer over 20,000 products, from nuts and bolts to fencing and large animal handling systems.

Our HQ is based in the beautiful Cotswold village of Longborough, surrounded by public footpaths for lunchtime walks and fresh air.

Joining us means working alongside a friendly and experienced team. Our staff includes local reps who visit farms, qualified Animal Medicines Advisors, and a dedicated logistics department that handles our in-house delivery service. ROLE SUMMARY

We're looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Executive to join our team. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, and Marketing Assistant to plan and produce content for social media, email newsletters, and the website.

This is a collaborative role, so you'll need to be confident speaking to different teams, visiting our stores and gathering stories from our local customers. You'll help bring the brand to life and play a key part in building our presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and beyond - with the freedom to try new ideas and make a visible impact.

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (45-minute lunch break).

Three days in the office, two days working from home.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the content calendar and manage everything that goes out on our social channels, from ideas and filming to posting and reporting Plan, capture and edit short-form videos, and write captions that reflect our tone of voice Engage in social conversations and build rapport with influencers Enjoy autonomy to test new formats, explore creative trends, and bring ideas to life Write blog posts, product spotlights and case studies for the website Build and send regular email newsletters Work with internal teams, suppliers and customers to find and share real stories from the people who use our products every day Work alongside the Marketing team to pull together content and ideas for marketing campaigns Support the team with printed materials like leaflets and banners for our stores and events Keep an eye on what others are doing in the industry and spot new opportunities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Someone creative with a good eye for photos, video and layout Experienced using social media platforms and tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar Up-to-date with what's trending online (especially short-form video) A genuine interest in farming, equine or rural life is a big plus Organised and able to juggle multiple projects at once Friendly, open and happy working as part of a team
