About our role
We're looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to help us deliver high-impact campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive engagement across our Accountants & Bookkeepers and Small Business segments. Working within a dynamic Performance Marketing team, you'll play a key role in supporting and delivering marketing initiatives that truly make a difference to our customers and our business.
As a Marketing Executive, you'll support the development, execution, and performance tracking of digital and offline marketing campaigns. Working closely with Performance Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams, you'll play a hands-on role in campaign delivery, event support, lead generation activities, and reporting. You'll collaborate across the business from sales to finance to our Global Campaign and Digital Hubs ensuring our campaigns land effectively in market and generate real results.

Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week out of our Newcastle office.
Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting campaign delivery across key segments, ensuring MQL and pipeline targets are achieved.
  • Coordinating events (both physical and virtual), in partnership with our Global Events and Campaign Hubs.
  • Building campaign toolkits, supporting case study creation, and aligning with Sales and Customer Advocacy teams.
  • Managing campaign pages and tracking digital performance metrics in collaboration with Digital Hub teams.
  • Owning campaign creation in Salesforce and ensuring correct lead attribution and reporting.
  • Maintaining financial accuracy, raising POs, and supporting budget tracking and forecasting.
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using key KPIs and metrics.

  • Experience using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, digital analytics tools) is a plus.
