Marketing Executive

Quintessence is a specialist global fragrance company focused on the Fine Fragrance, Personal and Air Care markets. Part of the Lucta Group, we have operations in UK, India, Europe, USA, UAE and China, giving an international service to our selected clients - one of the many reasons we are one of the fastest growing Fragrance companies.

We are looking for a talented marketing executive to join our growing marketing team, based in Newhaven, UK. The successful applicant will collaborate with our Marketing Manager to implement a strategic annual marketing programme, create engaging product presentations and build our social media presence. You will need to be passionate about the fragrance industry and a self-motivated individual who has experience with creating on trend content to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and interpret market insights from a wide range of sources--including industry reports, online research, and in-store observations.

Create engaging presentations, social media content, and marketing materials that support both internal initiatives and customer-facing campaigns.

Translating market intelligence into meaningful strategies and materials that drive business growth

Manage and grow our social media platforms by planning, creating, and scheduling content that reflects our brand and resonates with our audience.

Monitor social media performance and trends to inform content strategy and improve engagement.

Essential Skills Required:

Proven experience in creating and editing social media content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn

A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Canva and / or Adobe Express

Keen interest in the fragrance and beauty industry

Solid understanding of social media trends, analytics, and how to optimise content for reach and performance

Team Player, open-minded, flexible
