Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and strategies that align with our business objectives.
Collaborate with SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and search rankings.
Oversee project management for marketing campaigns from conception through execution.
Create engaging content for various channels, including email marketing, social media, and website copy.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop to design visually appealing marketing materials.
Collaborate to maintain and update the company website using WordPress.
Collaborate to maintain Google Ads campaigns to optimise advertising spend and performance.
Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives for business growth.
Lead social media management efforts to increase and enhance brand engagement and reach.
Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for management review.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably 3-5 year minimum.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects, take initiative, bring new ideas and work independently.
Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing strategies.
Excellent copywriting skills with a creative flair and keen eye for detail in content creation.
Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as IT literacy.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
