Location: Remote - Travel is required to London and Northampton offices as well as ad hoc visits to Nurseries in various locations for open day support

Role Overview

We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our UK Marketing team on a short-term basis. This role will support the execution of our 2025 and 2026 marketing campaign activities by working closely with our in-house agency, social media team, and trusted third-party partners to contribute to engaging, on-brand assets across digital and print channels.

You will work collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of our campaigns and events to help drive engagement and brand awareness. You'll also support campaign reporting and essential administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Asset Development

Work with the in-house agency and external suppliers to brief, develop, and deliver high-quality marketing assets across:

Digital: social media, web banners, display ads

Print: flyers and brochures production

Content: blogs, landing pages, family stories

Video for social media

Ensure all materials reflect our brand identity and support our mission to deliver excellence in early years education.

Project Coordination & Reporting


-------------------------------------

Manage campaign briefs, asset requirements, timelines and approvals to ensure timely delivery of regional and national campaigns. Support campaign performance tracking and reporting, helping the team evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to the planning and execution of new marketing initiatives, including pilot campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and brand awareness activities.

Act as the B2C marketing lead for the funding project, ensuring all parent-facing content is regularly reviewed and updated, and that paid campaigns are aligned with and maximise the impact of childcare funding-related messaging.

Administrative Support


--------------------------

Raise and manage purchase orders, liaising with finance and procurement teams.


Maintain accurate records of marketing spend and supplier activity


Provide general administrative support to the wider marketing team

Ad hoc support for nursery open days

What We're Looking For


--------------------------

2 + experience in a marketing and campaigns role, ideally within a B2C environment.


Strong background in digital marketing campaign coordination

Experience of working with agencies


Strong project management and organisational skills. Experience of Monday would be a plus


Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience in Excel

Strong writing and editing skills for content creation


A proactive, team-oriented mindset that reflects our HEART values.


An understanding of, or interest in the early years education sector is a plus.
