Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and trends, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking and excellent communication skills to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.

Core Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy Development



a. Create and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and sales of our Asian food products.

b. Identify and segment target customer groups (e.g., local Asian communities, adventurous foodies, health-conscious shoppers).

c. Plan seasonal or cultural promotions (e.g. Chinese New Year, Diwali, Ramadan).

2. Digital Marketing



a. Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with relevant, engaging content.

b. Run online ads to attract new customers.

c. Improve website SEO and online presence.

3. In-Store Promotions and Events



a. Organise in-store tastings, cultural events, or cooking demos to boost footfall.

b. Design effective point-of-sale materials and signage.

4. Partnerships and Community Outreach



a. Build relationships with local Asian communities, influencers, and bloggers.

b. Partner with local restaurants, cultural groups, or community centres.

5. Customer Insights & Market Research



a. Conduct competitor analysis and track trends in Asian food consumption.

b. Use surveys, feedback, and sales data to understand customer behaviour.

6. Campaign Management



a. Plan and manage product launches and seasonal campaigns.

b. Monitor campaign performance and report results.

7. Content Creation & Branding



a. Oversee packaging design, marketing copy, and visual identity.

b. Ensure brand messaging is consistent and culturally authentic.

8. Loyalty Program & Customer Retention



a. Help develop or improve customer loyalty schemes (like membership cards or point systems).

b. Design strategies to retain existing customers.

9. Visual Merchandising



Candidates should ideally have at least 2-3 years of digital marketing experience and proficiency in Chinese would be preferred but is not a necessity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00 per year
